About Objeto Brasil

Founded in 2002 in Pomerode, Santa Catarina, Objeto Brasil is a textile manufacturer that develops women’s fashion for adult, junior, and plus-size segments under the brands Doce Trama, Sofie, and Lisamour. In addition, the company produces private-label collections for major retailers such as Renner, Pernambucanas, and Marisa.

With a 14,000 m² facility, Objeto Brasil manufactures over 500,000 garments per month, combining experience, agility, and innovation.

What was the challenge before automation?

The main issue was the lack of productivity in spreading and cutting. The installed production capacity was twice what they were actually able to produce. Monthly fabric consumption for testing was also very high, around 660 kg” says Fábio Kreutzfeld, Managing Partner at Delta.

According to the executive, the lack of proper raw material qualification led to:

  • Constant disruptions in subsequent processes;
  • A significant increase in rework.

What solution was implemented?

By replacing conventional washing machines and dryers with the DWM555 Sample Washer manufactured by Delta, Objeto Brasil reduced testing time from 3 hours to just 15 minutes.

In addition to time savings, process textile automation ensured a 75% monthly reduction in fabric consumption and a decrease in electricity costs.

Altogether, these improvements resulted in monthly savings of over R$15,000.00.

Objeto Brasil: before and after the Delta Sample Washer

Before acquiring Delta Textile Solution’s DWM555 Sample Washer, Objeto Brasil carried out its sample testing in a slow and poorly standardized manner.

The implementation of the DWM555 completely transformed this scenario:

Indicator Conventional Washers Delta Sample Washer
Testing Time 3 hours 15 minutes
Fabric Consumption 660 kg/month  75% reduction
Productivity Slow and inconsistent processes Fast, automated, and efficient testing

With the precision, process standardization, and agility provided by the DWM555, Objeto Brasil is now able to ensure:

  • Significant resource optimization;
  • A substantial reduction in rework;
  • Much more structured and automated processes;
  • Faster batch release times;
  • Lower energy consumption;
  • Greater quality control throughout the entire production flow.

We bring our clients the most innovative technology available for the textile industry, ensuring more automated, sustainable, agile, accurate, and competitive processes. Even in times of crisis, investments in Delta solutions are delivering highly significant cost savings for companies,” highlights Fábio Kreutzfeld.
